Copyright Complaints

Unicode KrutiDev operates Hindi Font Converter & Typing Tools and respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material available on the site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, you may send us a written notice containing the information below.

For general information about the website and its scope, see About Unicode KrutiDev.

Information to Include in a Notice

A copyright complaint should provide enough information for us to understand and evaluate the request. A notice intended to satisfy the requirements of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act should generally include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, preferably including the exact page URL.
  4. Your name and contact information, such as an email address and other information reasonably sufficient to contact you.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Where to Send the Notice

Copyright email: [email protected]

Use a clear subject such as “Copyright Notice” and include the specific URL involved.

Counter-Notices

If material is removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe that action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with a counter-notice containing the information required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, a valid counter-notice can require identification of the removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, your contact information, signature, and consent to the appropriate jurisdiction.

Privacy of Copyright Requests

Copyright complaints can contain personal and legal information. Our Unicode KrutiDev privacy policy describes how submitted information may be handled. Information may need to be shared when reasonably necessary to evaluate, process, or respond to a copyright request.

Misrepresentations and Repeated Abuse

Do not knowingly submit false or misleading copyright notices. Misrepresentations can have legal consequences. We may decline incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or obviously unrelated requests and may take appropriate steps when the reporting process is misused.

Terms That Also Apply

Use of the site remains subject to our Terms and Conditions. Nothing on this page is intended as legal advice, and you should obtain professional advice if you are uncertain about your rights or obligations.
